I forgot day

I'll admit that some days when I'm suuuper busy I forget about my holidays.....(Forgive me for my sins...) Well today I forgot until I was ready for bed and I saw my binder sitting there (That's usually when I remember if I have forgotten) and I opened it thinkin to myself  Great! I forgot and it's too late to celebrate any thing well I opened the binder and I had to laugh when I was that it was I FORGOT DAY! So I did celebrate it after all - I was just unaware that I was! I hope you forgot something today, nothing too important though!

Second Half Of The Year Day

Today is the Half a year day...so in Six Months it will be New Years. I'm unsure why but today is actually the new year day for the Lions Club . I found that interesting.
Either way, Happy Half a Year day!

Zip Code Day

Our current Zip code is 03852. It's a kinda neat code because on my keyboard after I hit 0 and 3 all I have to do is go down the middle cause 8, 5, and 2 are one under the other! Though the zip code we had in New York is my favorite because of how simple it is, 12122! And I still get to write it because my one of my best friends (my pen pall) lives there still!

Hand Shake day

I shook hands today, lot's of hands! I shook hands with every member of the family, including cats and dogs (no I didn't mistake it for paw shake day!) multiple times. Happy hand shake day!

Color TV Day

We watched a movie after dinner and it was IN COLOR!!! (Aren't they all now-a-days?!) hehe

SORRY!!!

I'm SO SORRY! I have not kept up with the blogging AT ALL! I'm going to do a ton of posting so I'm sure if you check back within the next couple days you'll see things you haven't seen before. And don;t worry, I haven't given up yet! I'm no quitter!

Recess at work day

As I've said I don't really have a job. I've got my goats and I do some work for my parents busyness's so I did in a way have recess at work but I didn't really work, you followin me? I only worked for about an hour for my parents and I did my goats morning and evening... so in a way I did this one and in a way I didn't. I was thinking about this holiday while I wasn't doing anything so I think that counts....right?  

Nature Photography day

I was excited about this holiday when I found out about it because I LOVE taking nature pictures...though our camera card died! The only pictures I could get where with my phone and they didn't come out good at all. Of course we got a new card right AFTER I needed it. Blood Donner day

Ok, I was planning on donating blood for this holiday but I couldn't because I have Lyme. My mom didn't want me to because she was worried that that much blood being taken out of me would be bad for me because I'm so sick, then we found out by my massage therapist that if someone has Lyme then they can NEVER donate blood because it stays in the blood system once you have it...So I couldn't celebrate that, and I wanted to too! Oh well. Happy Blood Donner day anyhoo.

June Tenth

Today there are two holidays that I celebrated. The first is Ball point pen day, I made sure all the writing I was doing was with a - I bet you can't guess - ball point pen. And It's Iced tea day so I had a glass of iced tea. Do you know that they make iced tea bags that can be brewed in cold water? Isn't that the coolest thing?!  Happy those!

Hot-Air Balloon day

I made a hot-air ballon our of paper and tape. Our camera card is dead so I am unable to take pictures...we are going to get a new one soon- we hope.

Bare Foot Day and Hug Your Cat day

Today is Bare foot day- I don;t know if you remember but we have had a couple one day without shoes days...this is different though, this has no cause. The one day without shoes days had a cause - to make people aware of all the kids who have no shoes - this is just to go bare foot! I never object to going bare foot!

And there's another hug your cat day, I hugged mine and my momma's!

Milk days

June 1 through 3 are milk days...I don't like milk (and yes I do milk goats twice a day!) I drink Ovaltine instead. So I had ovaltine each of the milk days!

Donut day

We made donuts for donut day! Though My dad took the pictures on his phone and sent them to me in some weird format so I'm having a lot of trouble getting them on here...let's see...Look! I did it! yaay! 

They don't look very appetizing in the picture but they were DELICIOUS!

We did cinnamon, powdered sugar, and just sugar.

Hug Your Cat day

This one was real easy! Mom's got her new Kitten and I've got my cat Lila...So we hugged them!
I had pictures of us huggin them but for some reason I can't find them....we had a bit of camera trouble so I was wondering if they were just never downloaded. Sorry.

Memorial day

Dee (our Grandmother) came up for Memorial day. We had a cook out- actually it was a cook in and eat out! We have no way of cooking 'out' so we cooked burgers on the stove and ate out side under out awning. We didn't feel much like going to the parade this year.
Oh and dad and I made a Chicken coop today! It has nothing to do with Chickens but it's exciting!

Pentecost Sunday

Dad taught about what the Pentecost is at Church today, we house church with one other family. I don't feel like going into details but I learned about what the Pentecost is.
